These terms apply to quotations, supply and installation of flyscreen systems by AIRE. Please read them before you instruct us to proceed with work.

Quotations

Quotations provided through this website or following a survey are estimates based on the information you give us. A final price may be confirmed after we have measured your windows or doors. Quotations are given in good faith and are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Installation

We supply and install personalised window and sliding door flyscreens. Colour and specification are agreed with you so the system can be matched to your existing frames where possible. Access to the property must be available at the agreed appointment time.

Warranty

Our flyscreen systems are backed by a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing and installation workmanship, subject to fair use and proper care. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised alteration.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with your quotation. Work is usually invoiced on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by phone or email.
